Thermally protected, specification grade compact fluorescent housing. For new construction, noninsulated ceilings or where insulation can be kept 3” from housing. Accommodates (1) compact fluorescent lamp. For fast and easy installation in existing plaster or mechanical ceilings from1/2” to 1-3/8” thick. Four remodel clips are easily retractable for fixture removal if necessary. Junction box is provided with eight 1/2” KOs and four Romex knockouts with strain relief.

A. HOUSING - High temperature painted 22 gauge cold rolled steel construction for maximum heat dissipation and rust protection.

B. SOCKET - One vertically mounted plug-in socket for CFL lamp. Preinstalled on an adjustable mounting bracket to allow for proper and consistent lamp positioning.

C. BALLAST - Thermally protected, current controlled rapid start ballast, will produce full light output, increase lamp life with no noise and flicker.

D. INSTALLATION - Four Preinstalled spring clips which secure the housing firmly into ceiling and accommodate different ceiling thicknesses from 1/2” to 1-3/8”.

E. JUNCTION BOX - ETL listed for feed through wiring and provided with eight 1/2” KOs and four Romex knockouts with strain relief.
